THE SYSTEM OF RACISM: is not just about White folks or white cops when it comes to the police. In this video Black cops harass a black man in a white neighborhood because HE IS BLACK because that is the standard protocol, it has happened to me before. Notice the black cops even OBEYED the demands of the white homeowner who came to defense of the black man. Do you think a black citizen would have been able to demand the police to let him go and leave our neighborhood without being shot or tazed by both black and or white cops.
