THE THREE COUGARS The emphasis here is DESMOND ELLIOT who now adds as middle name OLUSHOLA ostensibly because he wants to contest election into the Lagos House of Assembly. I saw something like this twice in the nearly and mid 1970s First a guy Okoye wanted to contest election as the President of the Students Union adding a middle name ABOYADE to become Aboyade Okoye . Also the son of late Chike Obi also took the name BALOGUN Chike Obi. Of course they both lost the election Some people believe Lagos is no mans land while some others believe it belongs to the Edo. I often tell them that OGUNFUNMINIRE, the hunter -founder came from Ile-Ife before settling in Iseri, outskirt of Lagos before moving southwards to the present Lagos. Will Desmond make it or not. ?
