THE TRUCK THAT CARRIES YOU, CAN CARRY YOUR LOAD! One sunny and lovely afternoon were Femi and Tosin driving in a old single cabin Toyota pickup, Femi was the one driving while Tosin sat beside him to enjoy the afternoon ride. As they were passing on the highway, Tosin noticed an elderly man carrying a big load on his head, struggling and wallowing as he was trekking under the heavy sun towards the same direction with them. So they decided it would be proper to assist the old man, and moreover they have enough space in the truck that can accommodate the man and his huge load. They stopped and asked the elderly man to enter into the truck, that when they reach where he was going, he should notify them by hitting the head of the cabin. And they continue with their pleasurable ride. After about 20 minutes drive, the two friends decided to check-on the man in the truck, but to their greatest surprise, the man was sitting on the floor of the truck with his huge load still on his head. Femi pull over and they asked the old man why he was still carrying the load on his head instead of dropping it in the truck, and the man replied; I decided not to add too many burden to an existing one, he was referring to himself being helped already, that he didnt want to add more load to what the truck had already carried. So they persuaded him to drop it, that the truck that carried him can as well carry his load. What a pity! NOTE: Many of us are passing through the same thing in our lives, we occupied our minds with problems and situations that we cant do anything about. Instead of us to leave them for God our creator, helper and the sustainer of our beings, but we are still carrying them on our heads. For how long will you continue to carry your problems while you have a chance to drop them at the feet of Jesus Christ? Matt 11:28. I want to assure you today that, that same truck; GOD that created and sustains you, is capable to take care of your problems. ITS BECAUSE YOU DECIDED NOT TO DROP IT, THAT IS WHY YOU ARE STILL CARRYING IT HAVE A LOVELY DAY!
