THE TUESDAY MORNING POST I COPIED AND PASTED A PRIVATE MESSAGE FOR ALL OF YOU TO READ. i hope the written will not be upset with me but her words ring true. we could not do what we do if not for the devotion of people like the ones who give up part of their holiday season to transport five pups from Louisiana to here. Thank you all for joining our journey with our 5 special pups. They have arrived safe to the rescue and all our drivers are reported to be off the road. With the ups and downs, we conquered all that came our way. I appreciate your dedication to make this transport a success. The rescue information is on your final run sheet, if you should want to adopt one of the pups. We all fall in love and things spark your heart when on route. Of course we would all love to transport one back to a forever home! Thank you to the rescue in Louisiana, where many babies are put to sleep. May you find more strength to save them, and that other rescues are found to support your efforts. Thank you Friends of Freddie for taking our 5 babies into your rescue, where they were not faced with the option of death, rather given a sentence of life! Thank you Micheal for being in the room to monitor, Yvonne for being my right hand girl, Gail for working hard to fill the drivers and Tom for lurking and helping out. You are all my transport angels, the ones putting on miles with smiles. I really enjoyed my little part of the journey, even tho I left behind the playpen! With all future runs, the playpen is now going to be the first thing loaded! Until we meet again on the hi-ways and bi-ways …. may health and good fortune come your way, be given peace in your heart for all your personal struggles you might be facing, may the paths you walk have blessings from above.
