THE VOICE OF GOD CAN CHANGE A LIFE “Seven years ago my DAD PASSED AWAY from pancreatic cancer and a few months after his passing my Mom and I went to a Women of Faith conference. They were talking about sponsoring a child through the World Vision program and I thought to myself, ‘Well, thats nice,’ but really didnt think any more about it. During intermission I was passing by the World Vision table when all of a sudden I HEARD, CLEAR AS A BELL, ‘Look for A CHILD with your FATHERS BIRTHDAY.’ I ignored it at first. Then, heard it again. I thought, ‘Why would I be thinking this?’ So, I stopped at the table. Right in front of me I SAW a child with May 25th for a birthday and that was my DADS BIRTHDAY! I picked it up and when I looked at the child and SAW HIS NAME. I started CRYING. The child HAD my DADS NAME as well, ALPHONSE!! I knew at that moment that God wanted me to support that child. So, I signed up and have been sponsoring him ever since. My husband and I struggle to pay our bills every month, but by the grace of God, the money is ALWAYS THERE when it comes time to send out my payment!!! I still get goose bumps when I think of that day!! God is good all the time ... and all the time GOD IS GOOD!!
