The solarium in that unit was particularly attractive. Apartments come with full-sized washer & dryer, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and electric fireplaces. The clubhouse will include a Resident Lounge, Resident Café, Conference Room, Yoga Studio, Fitness Center with an indoor play area (open 24hrs), Billiards table, and Wi-Fi access. Also, onsite will be a playground, a sundeck, a pool area, with cabanas and grills, and a “Bark Park” (for pets). Rental prices, for one-bedroom units, start at $830, and top-out at the 3-bedroom units, for $1125. Garages are available, on a first-come basis, for $75 to $100 per month (in addition to the rent). This complex is at the high end of Waynesboros apartment market, but compares very well with the rents in Charlottesville, which is in their target market. So, it is likely to attract employed professionals from the Charlottesville area, as well as I-64 commuters to workplaces from Harrisonburg to Richmond. Restaurants in Waynesboros retail west end are going to be hopping, as this complex fills its 200+ apartments.
