THE WORLD IS WRONG FOR D AVERAGE AFRICAN CHILD. :| .....i heard a thining voice,mumy,ur costomer is here,ar u buying vegetables 2day I opend d door to tell d lady,we wudnt b needing vegetables 2day.....behold,its jst a li2 girl,age range 4 to 5 yrs old,beautiful with beautiful smile on her face,all wat shes carrying,nt more than 100 naira. According to my mother,she comes like dat every evening,btw 4pm to 6pm. Woke up dis morning again,gently spreadin my cloths outside and behold...another young boy of dsame age range,hawking same type of guds,at 7.30,8 am. Total value of guds,nt more dan 150 naira. ¤ ¤ ¤ I feel d pain of an African child,deprived of all protections,education and enjoyment of dis life. Exposed to all abnormalities,dangers and poverty of dis world. Atimes u feel like buying d whole of d guds,so d poor child can go home to rest,but under 20 minutes,shel b back on d street for 2nd round as such child is called omo aje (the blessed child dat sells fast). Things are wrong,poverty is removing common sense frm our heads,passion and care away frm our hearts. Wat is 100 naira guds,wat is 150 naira vegetables,dat an African woman knwn for care,passion and protection of her child even in d face of all dificulties,now turning cold,sending a 5 yr old kid on d street to hawk 20 naira- profit guds. Can he protect himself,can he even defend himself talkmore of his goods in case of an accident or a delibrate attack. The rich ar getting richer,the poor ar getting poorer,wealth is nt evenly distributed in Africa and in the world and so the WORLD IS WRONG AND UNFAIR TO AN AVERAGE AFRICAN CHILD. God help.
