THE YOGA OF LIGHT -Divine Connection To the extent that we conceive of Light as being the general representative of sense - perception, we must bring ourselves to think of Light as ensouled.........just as it was was self - evident for people of the second and third pre-Christian millennia to think of the air as ensouled ( as indeed it was). We must thoroughly overcome the habit of viewing Light in the ways that our materialistic age is accustomed to do. We must completely banish the notion that only those vibrations of which modern physics and the general consciousness of humanity speak today emanate from the sun. We must become clear that soul pours through cosmic space on pinions of Light. ( Rudolf Steiner)
