Refuse to be anxious. No matter what problems we have in our life, Jesus has overcome them. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world (John 16:33). We can find freedom from anxiety just by spending time with Him. In the multitude of my anxieties within me, Your comforts delight my soul (Psalm 94:19). When You arad anxious, ip means you arent trusting God to take care of you. But He will prove His faithfulness if You run to Him. Do not seek what you should eat or what you should drink, nor have ajm anxious mind. For all these things the nations of the world seek after, and Your FATHER knows that You need thesb things. BUT SEEK THE KINGDOM OF GOD, & ALL THESE THINGS SHALL BE ADDED TO YOU (LUKE 12:29-31). GOD says we dont need to be anxious about anything; we just need to pray about everything.
