THEATRE CAST NEWS: RLP Productions and My Creative Spirit are excited to introduce you to Chaz D. Pando. Pando plays the role of the bitter Phillip Stockwell in "The Briefcase." This play is one of the four plays featured in the production of On the Cusp of Humanity in the DC Black Theatre Festival June 27-28. "CHAZ D. PANDO has a B.A. in Acting/Directing from Ferrum College. He has appeared in HBO’s "VEEP", NBC’s "Parks and Recreation," and Netflix’s new series, "House of Cards." DC/VA Theatre credits include: PCP: Six Degrees of Separation (Paul*), The Soul Collector (Darnell*). VpStart Crow: Six Degrees of Separation (Paul*), CRT: The Taming of the Shrew (Lucentio*). Chaz is also a Director and Board Member for the Creative and Performing Arts Center Inc. (CAPAC), Director/Instructor for the Center for the Arts: Manassas, and former Artistic Director/Instructor for All That & Jazz Dance Studio in is Montclair, VA. His Directing/Producing credits include: (CAPAC): Amazing Grace (Director), PWLT: Red Scare on Sunset(Producer), FCT: Bang Bang You’re Dead (Director/Producer), and is directing Bang Bang You’re Dead for Port City Playhouse in the 2013 NVTA One-Act Festival."
