THEME: NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE Reading: Luke 1:37 For with God, nothing is impossible. The million dollar question is, who are you with? As long as you are walking with God; Him in you and you in Him, nothing is impossible. In AWADtv today we recapture this phrase and the two ways of looking at it. ONE: Nothing is impossible - the omnipotence of God. Gods ability to do ALL things. You know, our step brothers, dispute Gods ability to have a Son. So they call Jesus, Issa and just another prophet. They forget that we serve an omnipotent God! He doesnt need to follow the natural ways to get a Son. Two, they do not understand that actually, God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit are not three different people but one! Jesus said, Whoever that has seen me, has seen the Father, He also said, I and the Father are one! So when we talk of the Son of God, were not talking of another separate god, were just talking of one God manifested in a different sphere. Just like man is made up of three things; because he was made in the image of God: Mind, Body and Soul. We dont separate the three, do we? God is also one! Only exhibited in three ways! Now, thats beside my point, I was trying to illustrate God as being omnipotent, able to do anything; hence explaining one way of looking at, For with God, nothing is impossible. Two: is looking at it as the benefit of having God; for with God, nothing is impossible. Ive put it in quotes because I want you to view it as an adjective. Nothing is a state of lacking, being void and having less. Now we are saying, For with God, being in such a state is impossible. Why? Because God is all in all, He owns a thousand cattle in a thousand hills, gold and silver belongs to Him, the earth and everything in it are His ... Etc, how then can you have God and be in a nothing situation???? With God, it is impossible to have nothing; nothing is impossible!!! Hallelujah!
