THEOPNEUSTOS “GOD BREATHED” THURSDAY, JULY 24TH 2014 TITLE: WHY STAY COMFORTABLE OUTSIDE? MESSAGE BY PASTOR FAVOUR 2 CHRONICLE 27:2 “And he did that which was right in the sight of the LORD, according to all that his father Uzziah did: howbeit he entered not into the temple of the LORD. And the people did yet corruptly. “ In the presence of God there are pleasures forever more. His presence is where the throne of grace is located. It’s the place of mercy. Every day we need grace and mercy to enjoy a life of fulfilment. I wonder why anyone would prefer to stay comfortably outside of God’s presence. Someone sang a song and said “In your presence I am content, in your presence there is life, expressions of your love, revelations of your power and might, in your presence I can bring a love song offering, Im in the presence of my king” when I can find all of these in Gods presence and be able to do all of these in God’s presence, there’s no better place to be then. No wonder David was always excited to go to God’s house. I’m personally excited that I don’t have to wait to get to a building where everyone is gathered in service or worship to enjoy Gods awesome presence. I can enter the holy of holies right in my apartment, in my car, as I walk the street, wherever… I just go ahead anytime and anywhere and enjoy the love and cuddle of His presence. Glory! You must stay away from whatever takes you outside of God’s presence. He would never behold iniquity. If you engage in the things God detest, you drive His presence far away from you. If you are not saved, it’s time to do that. Surrender your life and allow Jesus to come take His place in your life. When He comes He comes with all of Him, nothing but THE BLESSING, nothing but increase and glory in the presence of our King. PRAYER AND DECLARATION I AM COMFORTABLE ONLY IN GOD’S PRESENCE. IT’S THE PLACE OF MY PEACE, JOY AND PROSPERITY. THANK YOU LORD FOR YOUR AWESOME PRESENCE WORDS ON MARBLE WHOEVER YOU ARE COMFORTABLE WITH IS A SIGN OF WHO YOU REALLY ARE ON THE INSIDE…CHARLES CHUKWUEMEZIE
