THERE ARE TWO TYPES OF PULLING MOVEMENTS Because of the shoulder damage, and the elbow tendonitis it caused, it was very painful to work through it. The thing Im most happy about is the adjustment to stop pre bending the arms in Pulling. Any time the elbows bend before descent it reduces power at the top. There are two ways to pull. One Pull movement is with the elbow break at the top, simulating the going under, and the other Pull movement is with elbows remaining locked with all the emphasis on the hip - thigh - trap pop. I have been using Pull method #2
