THERE IS ALWAYS AN EXAM BEFORE A PROMOTION: taking the exam is our responsibility, not Gods. God s responsibility is to provide the grace and mercy required, if we ask Him (Heb. 4:16). Persecution is part of that exam. Persecution doesnt come through humans alone. It could come in form of sickness (on you or on a loved one) or other physical afflictions or losses from satan to DISCOURAGE, DETER or DELAY you on your heavenly journey. Job was persecuted by the enemy through physical afflictions. Apostle Paul was persecuted through physical afflictions which sought to delay him from accomplishing his mission on earth. Always remember, that if you are the righteous, if you are living godly, if you are walking in holiness, righteousness and truth; if your faith in God must increase, if your love and trust in God must grow; if you must be promoted to a higher spiritual and subsequent physical level, you will surely need to take such exams. But thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ and through us and our eventual victory, diffuses the fragrance of His knowledge in every place!!!!!! You MUST Never give in no matter the type of persecution or affliction, you must remain faithful, loyal and committed to the Lord Jesus and His work. If you are still standing in spite of it all, THE LORD WILL SURELY PROMOTE YOU.!!!!! Fight the good fight of faith; Contend earnestly for the faith which was once for all delivered to you; having done all, ensure that you are still standing unruffled in Jesus name. (1 Tim. 6:12; Jude 1:3; Eph. 6:13) NO EXAM, NO VICTORY, NO PROMOTION, NO TESTIMONY, NO FAITH, NO HOPE, NO HEAVEN!!!!! II Timothy 3:12-13 NKJV Yes, and all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will suffer persecution. But evil men and impostors will grow worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived. But you must continue in the things which you have learned and been assured of, knowing from whom you have learned them, and that from childhood you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. I Peter 4:12-16 NKJV Beloved, do not think it strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened to you; but rejoice to the extent that you partake of Christ’s sufferings, that when His glory is revealed, you may also be glad with exceeding joy. If you are reproached for the name of Christ, blessed are you, for the Spirit of glory and of God rests upon you. On their part He is blasphemed, but on your part He is glorified. But let none of you suffer as a murderer, a thief, an evildoer, or as a busybody in other people’s matters. Yet if anyone suffers as a Christian, let him not be ashamed, but let him glorify God in this matter. Matthew 5:10 NKJV Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness’ sake, For theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Psalms 34:19-22 NKJV Many are the afflictions of the righteous, But the Lord delivers him out of them all. He guards all his bones; Not one of them is broken. Evil shall slay the wicked, And those who hate the righteous shall be condemned. The Lord redeems the soul of His servants, And none of those who trust in Him shall be condemned. Psalms 37:23-24 NKJV The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord , And He delights in his way. Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down; For the Lord upholds him with His hand. Job 5:19 NKJV He shall deliver you in six troubles, Yes, in seven no evil shall touch you. THIS IS MY TESTIMONY. PRAISE JESUS!!!!!.
