THERE IS AN ARGUMENT, that the US government is based upon some secular concept. That Idea can be seen in much that government officials and courts are doing now. However this ideas is strictly in the mind of those who wish it to be so. The truth of the matter is DECLARED by the founders themselves and need not be guessed at. You see if the thought of man is the fountain from which rights and laws emanate, then there is no assurance of anything. One mans fruit is another mans candy and none have any real rights. Might then makes right. The tyrant is just as right as the most philanthropic of rulers can be. Thus not to leave any doubt, the founders DECLARED exactly what they believed and the reason that had to responsibility to dissolve one government and form another. Lets take a clear look at the words they used. You may be one of those who just never knew.
