THERE IS LIFE AFTER CELL PHONES Two years ago my cell phone had to be replaced .I was told had to wait 24 hours to get a new one.I went into the shakes and there were finger prints all over the walls from me trying to climb them.I even went to a local dealer and try to buy one but he wanted me to sign a contract. So I knew it was time to quit. I went through 3 days of hell. I saw text messages all over the wall. I imagined I had thousands of missed calls and messages that were being deleted because I did not answered them. Worse of all I had dreams that all my calls were roaming. After the withdrawal was over a new world suddenly opened: I looked in the mirror and my hair was grey! Clint Eastwood had quit making movie Bush was no longer President and there was some other guy in office. People honking their horns at me were not because they knew me I discovered that the road on my street had terrible bumps and it was not a serious case of hiccups Three of my infant grandkids were now starting college A beeping noise I had heard so long suddenly disappeared and I know longer had to take the medication or see the doctor The missing finger on my hand were because I worked at a zoo I discovered I did not really like McDonald hamburgers I am so tempted to touch a cell phone but I do not touch one because I would again face headphones, recharging, and cell phone highway rage. There is a whole new world out there and I found it !!!!!!!!
