THERE IS ONLY ONE GOD IN HEAVEN Throughout scripture, from my research, wherever a human being was given the chance to see the glory of The Lord on His throne, they always saw only ONE not THREE IN ONE or The Father on His throne and the Son standing by His right hand side as some people think. Here are a few scriptures to affirm this. In the year that king Uzziah died I saw also THE LORD sitting upon A THRONE high and lifted up, and HIS train filled the temple. (Isaiah 6:1 KJV) These things said Esaias, when he saw HIS glory, and spake of HIM. (John 12:41 KJV) John and Isaiah used the pronoun HIS but not THEIR. And immediately I was in the spirit: and, behold, A THRONE was set in heaven, and ONE sat on the throne. (Revelation 4:2 KJV) John saw ONE on the throne but not THREE or even the Father and the Son standing by His side. It has ALWAYS been ONE. In vs 3 he said HE not THEY that sat on the throne. And he dreamed, and behold a ladder set up on the earth, and the top of it reached to heaven: and behold the angels of God ascending and descending on it. And, behold, THE LORD stood above it, and said, I am the Lord God of Abraham thy father, and the God of Isaac: the land whereon thou liest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed; (Genesis 28:12, 13 KJV) Jacob saw the Lord: ONE. And he said, Hear thou therefore the word of the Lord : I saw THE LORD sitting on HIS THRONE, and all the host of heaven standing by HIM on HIS right hand and on HIS left. (1 Kings 22:19 KJV) Again he said, Therefore hear the word of the Lord; I saw THE LORD sitting upon HIS throne, and all the host of heaven standing on HIS right hand and on HIS left. (2 Chronicles 18:18 KJV) Micaiah saw ONE Lord sitting on His throne. Amos 9:1 The prophet Amos saw The Lord and He was described as HE not THEY. Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble. (James 2:19 KJV) The devil trembles at the name of Jesus because he knows Jesus is God; the only ONE true God! Because he is afraid of the fact that God is One, he is trying all he could to present God as Three In One to people. There is NO scripture to back the Trinity up! If any theologian thinks there is, he or she should show me where the BIble says "God is three persons in one." The Bible does not contradict itself as some think.
