THERE IS THOSE MEDIA PEOPLE WHO TRIED TO SPEAK THE TRUTH about Islam and were fired from their job. People like Michael Graham, who was fired from “was fired by Washington, D.C., talk-radio station WMAL after the Council on American-Islamic Relations protested a radio monologue of his wherein he charged, “We are at war with a terrorist organization named Islam.”. Graham refused to accept WMAL’s conditions for returning to air from suspension and moved on to become a conservative talk show host in the Atlanta area where he now took CNN to task for its alleged coverage of the Charlie Hebdo cover. He is a true journalist and stands behind his beliefs. Then there many, like Rachel Maddow, who doesn’t care what the truth is and only reports as she is told too by MSNBC. IF THE MEDIA DID THEIR JOB AS TRUE JOURNALISTS WITH STANDARDS AND ETHICS they could be the leaders in truth, unfortunately, there are many who will always be slaves and sheep. The impetus for the monologue was Bill Clinton’s comments that radical Islamists enjoy the ‘world’s greatest double standard’ by demanding tolerance, while practicing intolerance,” Alex Griswold said at the Daily Caller. The double standard Clinton exposes drives its survival. After intolerance makes one country inhospitable, it moves elsewhere, and we let it. It’s the one bag to check upon departure, and it spreads like a virus designed to erase its rivals. And it’s real! Not like Islamophobia, that dying smear used against those who sound the alarm against evil. I call it truthophobia—a fear of the facts, as seething disciples accept violence as a path to nirvana, intimidating a fearful population of timid counterparts, accepted by a cowardly media. As Newsbusters has reported over the last few days, there’s been a lot of truthophobia in the media. On Wednesday, for example, Eric Scheiner said that MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow refused to show the latest Charlie Hebdo cover, but had no problem showing the offensive “Piss Christ.” Talk about a double-standard! On MSNBC Tuesday night Rachel Maddow described the cover of the latest edition of Charlie Hebdo because, ‘NBC News will not allow us to show it to you.’ A different perspective than Maddow and MSNBC had in 2011 when showing the image of the “Piss Christ” photo by Andres Serrano. Michael Graham, a conservative talk show host in the Atlanta area took CNN to task for its alleged coverage of the Charlie Hebdo cover: In the summer of 2005, Graham was fired by Washington, D.C., talk-radio station WMAL after the Council on American-Islamic Relations protested a radio monologue of his wherein he charged, “We are at war with a terrorist organization named Islam.”
