WHY ARE NYERS BLOCKED FROM THE MEDIA TO EXPOSE NYC ACC? The animals are being abused,neglect..teeth broken,strangled by rabies pole,3 days in the NYC ACC the dogs are getting kennel cough,now they are now getting pneumonia...meaning they are not being treated for the kennel cough.
