THEY CAME TO SEE ME...MUY BIEN...COMPADRE... I was so pleased..so excited...she comes...he come and lately he also drop by... to visit...to see me...to ensure I am still here...alive...exist...to spend the retirement decade...They look gorgeous....I like it... I am so impressed...they came in a good car...in a somewhat luxury European car. I may conclude there have an obvious change...either among the upper position or even in the low degree staff...change, tour of duties , promoted or getting a new assignment which is more beneficial...if the issue is seeking eor obtaining ones own profit.... It was also reported that certain high positions had been replaced...there was a degradation...tour of duties...a manager...a key position guy got a lowering decision maker. Suspectfully there had been a crime discovered...an abuse of authority ...fraudulent acts... deviation or even a stealing. Certain staff will retire due to time maturity ...limit of ones services. Some figures had been successfully wealthy, very rich....after for a considerable years masively, regularly, sistematically stealing and corrupting companys finance, properties and naturally cash money...mark-ups, commission, discounts, rewards, tactical funds etc An honest guy, who is known as sincere and one of the trustworthy member of board of directors will seem to be leaving the company in the near future after realizing that he has so fed up observing so many deviations...abuse of authorities, he wants to free himself from doing evils like his mostly friends did. Hence a lot of ordinary staff enjoy their current positions...cause nowadays they have been able to enjoy the share...regardless of merely a few bucks from an extra tariff of certain non product items value should an order is placed, an invisible lil compay in the company The share seems to be justifiable now and a bit fair...the lower got lesser the higher earned more benefits...formerly certain group of staff getting nil...not a single cents...the key position staff or manager got the commission or the markup price for their own benefit. They consider to give the other guys a share even a small amount it will undoubtedly jeopardise the whole conspirations. That has been a very common modus....everybody re aware of that.. Criteria of a success and acceptable and expectable manager or a department head is the one who cn maximally press and minimized salary of his subordinates...so that he will be able to get reward for his own...big salary or a take home pay plus a very big amount of annual bonuses...he has to have a way of thinking like the company owner, the lesser he can minimize salary of his staff the bigger he will obtain the benefit... I regretfully realized lately that my existence as well as function in the company was not that essential by the time (in managements point of view), when I suddenly found that from my online computer I failed to access to internet explorer...it has been disconnected, so that I can only communicate to principals either to Singapore, USA, London or Monaco...no other sources let alone Youtube or Google, whereas I only used to enjoy the Amazing Jokes from the Hague...Yet, I actually did not feel hurt or something...I just feeling merely embarrassed shameful and humiliated... , meanwhile I realize that some other guys which in my point of view was not doing an essential activities more than I did....still have the right to access internet explorer in whatever purposes...... Finally I am aware...and realized...that is life....I should have to be grateful and enjoy this rest of life watching my grandkids grow...gorgeously...cheerfully...optimistically ...they are smart, humorous...musicals...healthy...and they all love me..... that is just sufficient...enough...and indeed amusing ....Alhamdulillah....
