THEY CLAIM TO BE ON TOP OF THE DITUATION “ We are on top of the situation in the Northeast”, that was what Air Marshall Alex Badeh the chief of Defence staff told the senate committee on defence yesterday. Why cant we tell ourselves the truth on this insurgency? We are on top of the situation: 480 Nigerian army fled to Cameroon in a tactical maneuver, Gwoza is in the hands of the Insurgents and they move freely preaching their ideology that is totally contrary to the juresprudence of Islam, We are on top of the situation yet the insurgents took over Buni Yadi, Gulani in Yobe without firing a shot,they are already conspricting locals into their fold; The fate of Bama, is yet unknown; We are on top of the situation, yet insurgents move long kilometers in Toyota Hilux vans and they kill innocent Muslims and Christains souls as many as they can, unchallenged and undetered. Are we really on top of the situation?????
