THEY HAVE MISUSED MY SOUL AND BODY : SARITHA NAIR In the confidential statement to Ernakulam Additional Chieif Magistrate Saritha Nair, said to have revealed that many have misused her body. The prime accused and mastermind of Team Solar Biju Radhakrishnan might be on top of the list. Magistrate already recorded the statement from Saritha Nair and it is documented in judicial records now. Now it is the duty of law enforcement agencies to investigate into it and bring the culprits out in front of the law. The state police under Oommen Chandy and Thiruvanchur as CM and HM are not able to handle the enquiry in a free and transparent manner. The enquiry team will always be under pressure from their political bosses and apolitical pimps. Joppan, Jikkumon and Salimraj are scapegoats. A proper enquiry under an offiicer in the calibre of Rishiraj Singh can lead the enquiry into the right direction. If Ommen Chandy and his government are very much confident about their innocence, the government should set up a Judicial Commission. He should step down as CM till the enquiry is over. If he is innocent, the congress to allow him resuming his office and instruct him to have his own mobile connection with him.
