THEY POSTPONE MY COURT DATE AGAIN 3RD TIME..The reason is my paper work NO JUDICIAL POWERS ELEVENTH AMENDMENT NOTICE, ELEVENTH AMENDMENT VIOLATION, And DEMAND FOR ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING AGAINST PLAINTIFF NOTICE and AFFIDAVIT 16 pages worth.. The reason is in 1789 congress passed the Judiciary Act which created the inferior courts it also created the attorney generals office for prosecution ..roughly 6 yrs later the 11th amendment was ratified by 3/4 of the states it became law in 1795..This law change the constitution Article 3, Section 2, Clause 1.11th amendment reads as follows (( The judicial power of the United States shall not be construed to extend to any suit in law or equity, commenced or prosecuted against one of the United States by citizens of another state, or by citizens or subjects of any foreign state.)) WHAT DOES THIS MEAN ? Well it striped the courts power to hear any suite in law ,equity etc..it also striped the prosecutors ability to bring charges against the american people..The courts were shut down they are by law nonexistent! The courts /judges/prosecutors have commit treason on every case they bring before the bench..they violate the constitution daily..WELL I CAUGHTEM! Now they dont know how to work around it..ADOT is a private corporation..the hwy patrol is not under the state..the officer that pulled me over is and illegal alien (22 CFR 92.12-92.31 FR Heading “Foreign Relationship” states that an oath is required to take office.=Title 8 USC 1481 stated once an oath of office is taken citizenship is relinquished, thus you become a foreign entity, agency, or state. That means every public office is a foreign state, including all political subdivisions. (i.e. every single court and that courts personnel is considered a separate foreign entity =Title 22 USC (Foreign Relations and Intercourse) Chapter 11 identifies all public officials as foreign agents.) lol every time they postpone my court its costing the county 500.00 my bill is now up to 3000.00..14th amendment bounty allows me to charge a fee.
