THEYRE STILL HERE! BRAND PROPERTIES, LLC Remember these two guys? Thats Brand Morgan and Lee Tucker. They want to put a 244 apartment unit complex between Best Buy and the Waterford Township Subdivision off Tree Lane. Brand Properties said they were going to do a traffic study because the 800 people who showed up at Brookwood High School on August 14th reminded them that a traffic study needed to be done. Uh Oh! As of today, October 12, 2014, NO TRAFFIC STUDY. There are other issues with their application. SOSnellville will make a list so we can check it twice. The Brand Properties, LLC, (RZ 14-03, LUP 14-02) goes before the Snellville Planning Commission on October, 28, 2014 at 7:30 pm at Snellville City Hall.
