THINGS FALLING APART SCENES IN NAOSS. ____________________ It is no longer a new negative development that NAOSS National body has been in a state of Ado/Things Fall Apart. The ab-initio of the impasse was after the appointment of Evangelist Muyiwa Asaugunla as the SSA on youth affair. He alleged the incumbent sets of the National executives of not danccing to his oppressive tones. This tends to a point of castatrophe whereby the Secretary General and the Public Relation Officer were abducted by hoodlums and they were beaten up with respect to his instruction only due to the fact that they went in publication with the motive of deviating themselves from the paid struggle constituted in support of a labour Party candidate in Ilaje/Ese Odo election. Asugunla office, with the aid of the SSG constituted a kangaroo Senate meeting at Rufus Giwa Polytechnic where academic activities has tended to a point of halt in corollary to an infinity of time. His office unanimously supported a Senate President that was impeached by the congress based on the fact that he was no more a Senator in his local Chapter. We have a concrete proof of the petition constituted by his Chapter and approved by the Staff adviser. things got to its peak when the President, General Secretary, Financial Secretary and AGS were detained in the police custody a week ago due to the fact that the Vice President who was instructed to act as President by the kangaroo meeting tagged them to an act of ABDUCTION. All these can apparently be defined by non- NAOSSite as a political undertone. He was not allowed to go to the programme since the SSA decided to govern himself. And the SSG as well has been making an improper use of the limited power assigned to him with the topmost usefulness of detaining acclaimed UNLOYAL ENTITIES. We are seizing this modus operandi to pronounce a capital NO to any act of Intimidation and Oppression, simultaneously we negate the involvement of political Government official in National Association Of Ondo State Student (NAOSS) as we are not student wing of differential political party.
