THINK-FEEL-SAY-DO control your emotions its ok to feel every emotion but dont go deep if u cant control if your not balanced u start hurting pain is never good pain causes more hurt pain hate frustrations fear its all the same NEGATIVE emotions i love i talk i feel i show POSITIVE emotions be the good example start with yourself you cant know everything show each other how to be balanced learn from each other dont raise your voice dont look angry breathe stay calm talk polite dont swallow everything dont feed the anger frustrations and fears feed each other with LOVE a touch a word a look an action listening anything there are a billion lovely things to do when u feel weak u need some support ask for help you are not alone there are so many people on this planet your life is important u mean something spread the love people!
