THIRD ARREST MADE IN ASSAULT ON FRANKFORT TAXI DRIVER Frankfort, Ind. – December 8, 2014 – Frankfort Police along with the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office have arrested Frankfort resident Andres Bautista (24) in connection with the November 23 assault on Franklin D. Hornsby. According to Police Chief Troy Bacon, an arrest warrant was executed on Bautista on December 5 during a traffic stop at County Road 350 W and State Rd 28 in Frankfort for Attempted Robbery (Level 2 Felony), Criminal Confinement (Level 3 Felony) and Aggravated Battery (Level 3 Felony). “I could not be more pleased with the effort by our detectives working the case. Relentless dedication, intense investigation and team work resulted in the arrests of Brenda Garcia, Nellie King, and Bautista in connection with the Hornsby assault case.” Bacon said. The Indiana State Police and Clinton County Sheriff’s Office assisted in the investigation. Bautista was transported to the Clinton County Jail to await formal preliminary charges.
