THIRTEEN Dominican fisherman were apprehended on fisheries violations by the Royal Bahamas Defense Force. The foreign group are suspected of illegally fishing in the Ragged Island chain after they were discovered by RBDF patrol vessel HMBS . Spotted 34 miles east of Cay Lobos, the Dominican registered vessel contained an undetermined amount of fisheries product, according to the RBDF.
