THIS ABNORMAL SPORT Bodybuilding is a sport. It may not involve beating a time, racing across the finish line or kicking goals but none the less it is still a sport. To be 100% on game day it involves months and months of hard work training and following it up with spot on nutrition with no slip ups. A sport not cut out for everyone, especially if you like chocolate. Some say this is an individual sport... I say to those people that is bullshit! I may be the only one up there on stage but I did not achieve what I have by myself. I have amazing sponsors that back me all the way. Literally! Troy Patrick at dynamic remedial massage helps with my massages fortnightly which are a comfort to my aching muscles. Australian Muscle for without question giving me all the support with supps I need plus providing me with a job and a gym to train at with the most incredible atmosphere for gains! My nutrition Coach Justin Eming for watching over my progress and helping me to get in the best shape of my life! My training partner Vic Spruyt for challenging me every session and every set! Ben Whitehouse the brain changer for helping me get my mind right for what is to come and focussing on success. My family for understanding me through my prep and not shoving food in my face. Gym members for the encouragement everyday. .... And most importantly my beautiful girlfriend who I will add is Michelle Richards. Yes she is mine! No matter what happens I have won with her with me. All of this, all of these people help me to stand on a stage in sparkly undies flexing with a smile on my face. I may be alone up there but I stand up there representing more than just me. Support in this abnormal sport makes a difference
