THE CASE IN COURT HAS ARRIVED AT THE NEW YORK SUPREME COURT, APPELLATE DIVISION, 2nd DEPT., DCKET # 2013-0704 IN The Matter of Drice Vs. Queens District Attorney, NYPD, Michael R. Bloomberg, et.al., for two million dollars approved by the NYC Comptroller. There is an additional matter of misuse of Mental Hygiene Diagnosis that allegedly fleeced Mr. Philippe Edouard Drice of over $100,000 of antiques and heirlooms taken from his home in a criminal conspiracy between New York City Housing Authority, the NYC Human Resources Administration to eliminate Drice (a NYCHA Elder Abuse WHISTLEBLOWER) who took evidence all the five elected seats of his Congressional District who Mr. Drice alleges they did nothing and thus the electorate violated Separation of Powers Doctrine. Congressman Gregory W. Meeks is a cool customer labeled by Political Watch Dogs in Washington, D.C as one of the most corrupt congressman in office today. Meeks is a man to watch should Mr. Drice win his appeal and gets a referral to the Department of Justice.
