THIS FACEBOOK PAGE IS ALMOST THREE YEARS OLD AND A TV SHOW IN THE MAKING! ;-) Yes, thats right, I began this Rod Stone Facebook page with my first post on December 11, 2011!! This is not a FAN page, but a personal page consisting mostly of family, friends, acquaintances, along with a few folks Ive not met yet. Most of you know by now, Im an artist, musician, activist, mystic, and avid researcher. What most of you do not know, is that for the last three years, I have used this crazy medium of Facebook as a blueprint or BETA TEST of sorts to create and develop a new television/online series, to inspire and showcase new ways of thinking about art, history, our world, the current power structure and the challenges most all of us are going to ultimately have to face as a human race. The format has yet to be determined, but Im envisioning an entertainment based platform (possibly variety/talk show) designed to inform, educate, and inspire people in an upbeat and of course entertaining way! As we move towards 2020 and beyond, I am driven to begin an authentic, no bullshit conversation about 1) where we really come from, 2) where we are now, and 3) where we are ultimately going as a human race. This should not surprising to many of you! I already strive to embrace, anticipate, and ultimately manifest change in this world using philosophical, artistic and spiritual expression as the ultimate catalyst! Everyday, my goal is to inform, inspire, and entertain! -- THIS IS MY GIG AND I LOVE IT! And as the English punk rock, mod revival band The Jam said -- THATS ENTERTAINMENT! ;-) Stay tuned for more background information about this concept and idea! :-)
