THIS HERE JUST WAS NOT RIGHT OR JUSTIFIED IN ANYWAY!!!! Punishment for a lack of integrity and honesty on the part of police officers has to become more severe and career and benefits ending. An officer of the law lying or caught in a lie involving the line of duty simply should be career and benefit ending situation and they should be charged criminally. Can you imagine what some BS like this could do to ones psyche, career and livelihood. This here is some real bull and should be on national news. How in the heck can someone with principles like this be trusted with a gun and a badge, be trusted to serve and protect all citizens and be given the authority to stop and frisk based on their better judgement. The SCAB is being pulled off this nasty sore and the infection is coming to the surface. Some want to say you cant judge all law enforcement officers by the actions of a few but is it really a few? Also, for what law enforcement officers do and for what they are entrusted with they simply have to have higher standards and be held more accountable than your average citizen. Now we know why some law enforcement folks are fighting body and vehicle cams, it should not be a choice anywhere for anyone!!!
