THIS IS A BASIC PLAN OF WAT I EAT NOW A DAYS I COULD BE ALOT CLEANER BUT I ENJOY WAT IM EATIN AND IT WORKS FOR ME,AND THATS WAT IT BASICALLY FALLS DOWN TOO , WATS GUD FOR YOU ,WAT WORKS FOR ME MAY NOT WORK FOR YOU..THIS FOR THE PEEPS THAT BN ASKING ME OR HOLLERING HOW AND WAT I EAT .. WORKS OUT TO BE 200 GRAMS OR A KILO OF PROTEIN MEAT FISH STEAK OR CHICK A DAY includes the shakes aswell MORNING 4 EGGS 3 WITT NO YOKES 1 WITH,, BOILED 1 MULTIGRAIN TOAST NO BUTTER,, OR ROLLED OATS no suger PROTEIN FAT BURNNER SHAKE PEPT 1 LUNCH=100 GRMS TUNA BROCOLLI OR CHICKEN 1 100 GRMS STEAK 2 EGGS BROCOLLI FRUIT AS MUCH WATER MELON EAT ALL DAY LONG DINNER= STEAK FISH OR CHICKEN EGGS BROCOLI ANOTHER PEPT 1 SHAKE HAND FUL OF MIXED NUTS KEEP UP UR WATER IN TAKE IF U WANA BULK EAT MORE PROTEIN AND LIFT HEAVY,on heavy days at gym eat rice 200 grams for energy IF U WANA TONE KEEP THIS DIET AND LIFT LITE BUT UP UR REPS AND CARDIO now this is wat i do and again it works for me have fun enjoy and learn to lov food in smaller portions also make sure u have a day off a cheat day jus dont undo all ur hard work thats it. gud luck whanau
