THIS IS A LONG SHOT, BUT BILLY DESERVES A CHANCE TO BE SAVED FROM SAN BERNARDINO CITY SHELTER (CA). He is due out today, Sat., 6/28. He was brought into the shelter on a control stick and deemed fearful. People have met Billy and he seems to be a happy, bouncy, kissy, friendly pup. Watch his video (taken today - link below): hes playful and sweet...and he knows sit. According to Cari, This is the boy brought in on a choke pole. He is a great boy. Loved my daughters who were helping me today with photos/videos. Please SHARE quickly for a home or rescue for Billy. He is kenneled alone and we dont know how he is with other dogs or cats.
