This of course does not include my court appearances and prep time and research regarding the several voluminous material I continued to receive from you. I can assure you that it is because of my lack of obsession with funds and my consideration for your circumstances and the fact that you were recommended by X why I was flexible in my fees. The cost of the case is properly reflected in your own admission very recently that given the amount of time and resources you extended in your case, that you could never have paid me suitably for my services. My lack obsession with fees is further reflected in my flexibility by not raising the issue with you that throughout the entirety of the case you continued to utilize parking designated for my office despite no longer being a client. This naturally caused a disruption in business and resulted in much inconvenience for my paying clients who had to resort in parking elsewhere. Frank, I saved a copy of the paper this morning and picked up my phone to offer you my genuine congratulatory remarks. However I was greeted with your email which is a strong charge on not only my character but aims to threaten my goodwill and my reputation before this courts and these islands. This I take very seriously and with great exception given the measures my family had to take to put me through law school and ensure that I received a solid education so as to stand independently on my two feet as a man, the same man you so hypocritically advocate for. I was warned by numerous attorneys not to accept your matter and despite many such cautions I deterred and gave you honest and fair representation for value well beyond your money. The timing of your email is rather curious and given your recent partial success before the courts. Despite my knee-jerk reaction to reimburse you the funds for a clean and clear separation, I will not allow you to manipulate or bully me into a corner with you tactics and boorish threats. Rest assured that despite what you may say, my reputation in the courts remain well in tact and my legacy as a upstanding citizen and attorney in this country will far outlive your expired unfortunate experience of marginal potential well underutilized.
