THIS IS FANASTIC! From Marie Bumbacco My beautiful daughter wrote, filmed and performed this song while in Ireland: I am kind of ecstatic to share this next song that Miles Graham and I wrote in Ireland… in one day. The pubs were filled with music. In different areas people walked from pub to pub with their instruments and joined in with other bands. Could you imagine?! It was music heaven. As Mik Vahi and I were traveling around, I saw Miles playing at a pub one night and I was like “WHO IS SINGING THAT SOUL, I want to write a song with him!”. Pure talent. And then boom, the next day there we were writing a song!! This song! We were in co. Sligo in the town of Strandhill and somehow felt instantly at home. Mik surfed. We recognized peoples faces around town within days. Everyone was seriously nice. We were invited to stay in different peoples homes, including Colin Gillen, who let us write the song in his own photography studio and shot the footage of the One-off Session. I randomly shot some iphone/dslr footage here and there of different landscapes around Ireland and thought it would be neat to include it because it’s exactly what I was writing about. It was filled with such an awesome energy. This is my last One-off Session for the time being (sad face), but I am now spending some time writing an album (like that’s a real thing I’m actually saying, pinch me). So, I look forward to continuing on this musical path where my heart is the happiest and sharing it with you. A huge thank you to everyone who was so kind to us in Ireland and who helped make this song happen!!
