Todays transformational rulers steal or rob in excess of 25% of Billions from Nigerias supposed National/Federal Treasuries. The only rising index is population, even with births of more of sub-humans who can hardly distinguish between Civilization and Modernity/Technology, lacking in decent sense of discrimination and values! Yet, literate rogues or/and so-called progressives as apologies of bandits in power still go about blaming century-old Lord Luggard plus over dozen-year old military eras for Nigerias relative backwardness, soaring insecurity, and mass impoverishment! WHERE IS THE OVER-ALL BALANCE SHEET OF NIGERIAS 12-YEAR OLD DEMOCRATIC BUSINESS INSPITE OF OUTSTANDING & OVERFLOWING NATURAL BOUNTIES? Worse more, the unthinking Nigerians keep hoping in the mirage and delusive dividends of Democracy that has expired already in the intellectual horizon of emerging world state-leaders of thought. Even Plato saw and pontificated on the corruption-laden horizon of Democratic licentiousness, materially and morally. I wonder how people reminiscent on the desirability of Gaddafis Libya into which many democratic delinquents of Nigeria flocked to as compared with hells of many African democracies! TODAYS FOREIGN MERCHANTS OF DEMOCRACY WERE THE INSTALLERS OF ALL OF AFRICAS YESTER-YEARS MILITARY GOVERNMENTS AND DICTATORSHIPS. MUST WE WAIT FOR DIRECTIVES OF SUCH DUPLICITOUS MERCHANTS BEFORE WE STARE INTO THE COMMON PROVIDEN HORIZON? COMMUNISM OF BRAZEN GODLESSNESS IS FITTINGLY IN THE DUST-BIN OF HISTORY, AND MANKIND HAS IN REALITY EVOLVED TO REALIZE THAT MILITARY OBVIOUSLY MUST RATHER PROTECT THAN RULE OVER THE STATE; BUT MUST AFRICA WAIT AGAIN FOR FOREIGN/ALIEN WHISTLES TO OBSERVE DEMOCRATIC PHILOSOPHIES GOING PEURILE? DO WE NOT HAVE HEADS OR THINKERS AT ALL FOR MENTAL/CULTURAL INDEPENDENCE? AND WHO IS COMPELLING AFRICANS TO REMAIN ENSHACKLED TO THE DOOMED FUTURE OF THIS ALIEN AND EXPIRING HAVEN OF EASY AND INSURABLE CORRUPTION CALLED DEMOCRACY? This unfortunately is one issue far beyond the grasp of bacchanalian regime/s of failures and oddities still reveling in the euphoria of less than minimum Democratic dividends!
