THIS IS ONE OF THE MANY SUCCESS STORIES VAREP IS PROUD TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH. Dennis Neal is an Army SSgt who served his country with honor and distinction for more than a decade and a half. When Dennis injured both of his shoulders, he was medically discharged. The TAPs program did little to prepare him for his abrupt reintegration into civilian society. After re-injuring his shoulders, in his civilian, Dennis was unemployable and receiving only his small disability retirement pension and other assistance. Dennis and his wife and daughter and two grand children lived in a 18 foot 5th wheel until he met VAREP at our Riverside California Veterans Housing Summit.
