THIS IS POLY HISTORY For those alumni that live locally, you can be a part of Poly history. Poly High School will be on a segment entitled Party On The Plaza With News 8 Update this Friday, October 17th. News 8 Update airs 4:30am til 7am...not exactly sure time segment Party On The Plaza will air. Mr. Delich did indicate that the football athletes, marching Band, Band Color Guard, Dancing Divas, Cheerleaders, the Parrot Mascot and others would be performing at this outside event in Dallas. Three to Four FWISD school buses will be provided to transport students from Poly to the News 8 Daybreak location in Dallas. FWISD and Poly Principal, Josh Delich have extended an invitation for alumni to attend this special piece of history. A FWISD school bus will be provided for alumni with seating for 60...all FREE seats have to be reserved no later than noon Thurs the 16th. Reservations are made by phone only to Judy Simpson, 817-788-7788 or 817-271-9864. DO NOT PHONE POLY TO MAKE YOUR SEAT RESERVATION. The 60 school bus seats are first come first serve...these seats will GO FAST! Departure time for the caravan to leave Poly on the morning of the 17th will be NO LATER THAN 3 AM...you read it right 3 am due to the show start time of 4:30am!! Delich has also requested that once ALL 60 SEATS are reserved on alumni school bus...alumni with no reserved seating can still join in by assembling at Poly prior to 2:45 am and driving your car along with the school buses to be a part of the Poly caravan. He hopes to have both a front & back police escort from Poly to the TV station on Victory Plaza in Dallas
