THIS IS PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT----- Sylvia A. Torres May 24, 2014 RE: Cease and desist from [electronic stalking, social harassment, et. al.] Dear Linda Diane Frink Aka Linda D. Phillips Aka Linda D. Liebert Aka Linda D. Smith: This CEASE AND DESIST ORDER is to inform you that your persistent actions including, but not limited to unwarranted electronic stalking, electronic messaging, email, social harassment, up to and including slander have become unacceptable. You are hereby ORDERED TO CEASE AND DESIST such activities immediately as these activities are in violation of local, state, and federal law. I have the right to remain free from these unwarranted activities as they constitute a violation of current harassment and stalking statutes. I will pursue any and all legal remedies available to me against you should these activities continue. These remedies include, but are not limited to: contacting law enforcement to pursue criminal sanctions against you, currently warranted civil liabilities; including taking legal civil action for those damages I have incurred as a result of your actions. Again, you must IMMEDIATELY STOP AND REMOVE any messaging, email, mentions, links, or blogging with any reference to my name [Sylvia A Torres, Sylvia Torres, S.A Torres, et.al.) either null, part, or “S”, refrain from any reference in ANY form to my residence in Collin County, and send me written confirmation that you will stop such activities. You risk incurring severe legal consequences if you fail to comply with this demand. This letter serves as your FINAL and ONLY warning to discontinue this unwanted conduct before I pursue legal actions against you. I have contacted and forwarded ample proof in print of your harassment to my attorney, as well as to local authorities in both Collin County and your county of residence, located in Dallas County, up to and including filing of a civil suit against you. I am not under any circumstances neither waiving any of my legal rights, nor does this letter waive any present, or future legal remedies against you. This order acts as an initial and final notice to you to cease and desist your illegal activities. I reserve the right to utilize all legal remedies, whether heretofore outlined or no. To ensure compliance with this letter, I insist you to respond back in letter form to me within 10 days after the public announcement of this letter.
