THIS IS THE REAL THING!!! :D Traditional Christmas candy is the BOMB! The spicy ones that have a hint of mint are best, and they come in all flavors... my favorites are the green ones and the red ones! SPEAKING OF TRADITIONS... you know, politics are clearly trying to wring the Joy right out of all our Spiritual Holiday traditions, by either condemning them, or outlawing them. So, in whatever way we can, we need to hang on to them, even the smallest ones... like Christmas candy! Christmas candy cheerfully says, its Christmas! To my mind, it should be a tradition in every household during Christmas season, just like it used to be. It might seem petty, but if you think about it, were giving up on, AND losing, the Traditionally joyful things that created the warmth and wonderful atmosphere we had all come to Love and look forward to! Some things should never change however, regardless of how the world views them. But now, ON to the most IMPORTANT Tradition on earth: THE WORSHIP OF OUR GOD AND KING, JESUS THE CHRIST, ON THE DAY TRADITIONALLY SET ASIDE FOR HONORING HIS BIRTH... A BIRTH THAT THE WORLD SHOULD CELEBRATE, BECAUSE IT WAS THE BIRTH THAT DELIVERS MANKIND FROM DEATH UNTO LIFE... IF THEY CHOOSE HIM AS THEIR LORD AND KING, THEY WILL BE SAVED! This is our story, this is our song: PRAISING OUR SAVIOR, ALL THE DAY LONG... not only on His Birthday, but every single day of our lives; because HE IS WORTHY!!! But... not in the eyes of this lost and dying world. Therefore, we must make every effort to KEEP commonly held traditions in place, traditions that remind this world of HIM! satan wants to stomp out Traditions that elevate and Praise Jesus... it is our Joy, as Christians, to KEEP such things in place, for mankinds sake. TRADITION... it makes happy occasions warm and familiar. When traditional things are kept in place, like decorating our yards, our homes or our Christmas Trees and saying MERRY CHRISTMAS, we know that Traditions are put in place in order to make the season come alive with His joy! For, JESUS is the focus, and the trappings of His celebration are pleasantries we should never do away with! They are how we have always celebrated His Birthday: with Love, and Gatherings and feasting, and singing: Joy to the world, the Lord is come, let earth receive her King!!! So my Friends and Family, even if you dont particularly like to eat those Christmas candies, someone will... put out a bowl this year, for traditions sake, and watch folks who walk into your house say, Hey, Christmas candy!! JUST THINK... many a soul has been led to Christ, in which the conversation leading up to their asking Jesus into their hearts, may have began by first sharing something as common and insignificant as...
