THIS NATION has ssooo much to Improve Upon, to Grow Towards its own Chartered Goals....I would offer that 95-98 % of Americans of Color, experience forms of Discrimination, Daily, STILL, and that the Offices of Civil Rights, The EEOC, and The Justice Departments Should Greatly and Vastly Improve their Operations of Investigative Duties to Stop these Things, in their every day evil doings. The Worse things are these Unspoken, and Just S.O.P.=Standard Operating Procedures that Many HR, and Recruitment Managers and personnel operate on a Daily basis, without any fear of being brought to Justice for Blatant Discrimination, and UNEQUAL Employment Opportunities...Again, THIS Country , AMERICA needs to Work on Getting ITSELF Right, or Substantially Better, and Just Maybe then, WE can be justifying Ourselves to be messing around over in Other Peoples Countries....WARS, over there, makes ZERO rationale, when we have INNER Socialistic, and Hidden Agenda Racial and Blatant Discrimination Wars, continuing over here.
