THIS RAPE MUST STOP. Today, after analysing all the contenders for President Goodluck Ebele Jonathans converted office, come 2015, I sadly discovered that one man that i hated above any other, for what his policy in 1983 did to my life as a student in 1983, stood out as the best candidate amongst all the contender, though i still have not forgiven him and i hate the people he is pitching tent with. As a true lover of this nation and a patriot, i would like you to consider his pedigree, the same way i did by putting aside my disdain and bias for the sake of our great nation, Nigeria. For the next few days, i will be writing about some realities that i refused to assign to his person, coming from credible sources, most of whom a still alive, today. In the Punch News paper of 21st January, 2011, Alh. Balarebe Musa, said this, and i quote. Gen. Buhari, rose through the rank of Lieutenant to become a General, in the Nigerian Army. At one time he was G.O.C. ........... But i read in the papers, where Gen. Buhari himself said, that after obtaining his CPC presidential form, which cost him over five million naira, that he is now left with less than a million naira in his account. ( Recently i remember reading that he borrowed twenty five million, to pay for APC presidential contender form - how many Nigerian leader borrow or are ever broke after leaving office. Can we believe this to be true?) ......... Alhaji Sheu Shagari, the man he over threw, said this about him. The army after toppling my government ( NPN ), installed Buhari as head of state to give them credibility in the sight of the International community.......because of his being an epitome of Integrity. General, now lately, President Olusegun Obasanjo, said this about this man Buhari in his book titled, Not my will- Gen. Buhari, as a member of the Supreme military council and head of NNPC, was by nature, tacitum and introvert. But he took any work that was given him seriosly. He is reliable, as he is hardworking and honest..... ( Those who know Baba Iyabo before his second coming to ruler ship, knew he does not give credit easily, neither does he see good in others except himself. ) Think on this, is this the Gen. Buhari that you know, surely not my opinion of him, and sadly, i still hate him, but love Nigeria more, it is time in our 100 years history, to shun mediocrity and install the round peg in a round hole.
