We are holding a press conference at NOON this wednesday August 21st, 2013, in front of the FRESNO INN at 2335 N. Parkway Dr., Fresno CA 93705 WE NEED YOU AND YOUR FAMILY, OR/AND ORGANIZATION TO STAND IN SOLIDARITY WITH THESE RESIDENTS AS WE DEMAND THE OWNER, WILLIAM LEYTON, TO FORMALLY WITHDRAW THE 3-DAY NOTICES. Tenants Togethers Legal Department has already mailed a letter to the owner demanding a formal withdrawal of the three day notices. We have not received a response. The residents never received a proper 30-day or 60-day notice (for those living there over a year). The reasoning behind the three day notice is VERY questionable. The residents at the Fresno Inn are Pro-actively standing up against this injustice and want you to stand with them. We are stronger together. Please forward to your contacts.
