THIS WEEKS SPECIALS- (one day late!:) ) TUESDAY: *Bean Soup (V,F.D) *Protein Salad-Mixed greens topped with black beans, cheddar cheese, hard boiled egg, avocado and Huguenot St. Farms Hakueri turnips (similar to radishes), with your choice of dressing. WEDNESDAY: *Roasted Red Pepper Soup (D) *Bacon and Meunster Panini- Bacon, meunster, fresh spinach and roasted red peppers all pressed together on ciabatta and served warm with a side of macaroni salad. THURSDAY: *Closed for the 4th of July! FRIDAY: *White Bean and Kale Soup (F) *Ham and cheddar wrap with lettuce, tomato, red onion and our homemade sweet and spicy mustard on your choice of wrap, served with macaroni salad. SATURDAY: *Local Huguenot St. Farm greens sauteed with scrambled eggs, topped with melty swiss cheese and served on a croissant with a side of fruit salad. *Happy 4th everyone!*
