THIS is DISGUSTING !!! And SAD !!!!! I shared my views on a different case .... This is completely different .... Still take my stance on not making it a race issue though.... Cops do not only abuse their power racially !!!! And as soon as you claim racial you lose so many people in the wrong argument :/ bottom line cops are people too and need to be held accountable for their actions!!!! I hope the cop gross enough to choke this man to death rots in HELL
