He promises the full weight of the Commission to remove Samuels from the IDA Board. It wont be easy. Samuels did not speak the RICO word that got Thompson to expunge Horst for only $10,000 in retained counsel. We think the Commissioner went a tad over the liaison line. He obviously has a sweet spot for the $662,000 lady, Autumn Blum. No One is going to question a secret grant award no one knew about. The IDA Board voted for a confidential project for a company that did not exist. The EDA Board voted for a conglomorate application of four parts without knowing JACK. The EDA assumes the IDA vets companies they request money for. Sarah Pelham lied on Oct 14 when she said the EDA vetted the $662K company. How dare Samuels ask what a reasonable person would want to know. Terrible Thompson is going to get Simple Samuels. Get him good. The BIG MAN has spoken. Don is done. He is not cooperating in MOVING THE IDA FORWARD. We do not know what that means. What we do understand is giving Lambert authority to write a blank check contract without seeing to this day, what the heck was presented to the EDA Board. Asking the IDA attorney to check out the contract is like asking a five year old to fly an A-10 up Breakheart Pass. This is all very confusing. Lambert kicked Bio Nitrogen out the back door saying the IDA must vet the heck out of all companies. All except the ones he deems are confidential and need no vetting (think LifeSync, PFMan, Incubator Accelerator, WGP, National Solar, Continuum Labs, Tech River University, Rapid Systems, FGS). The TERMINATOR HAS SPOKEN. DON IS GONE. Now there are three open seats on the IDA. All eyes are on Henry Kuhlman. Will he accept an invitation to replace Don Samuels? Hes considering it.
