THOSE that know that I collect collect guitars know that I`m a fan of Gibson guitars in particular but I also love Fender guitars and less expensive guitars such as modern (after 1980) Epiphones. Not to say I don`t care for older Epi, because I do and regard them as the best by this manufacture. Anyhoo, this Epi I really like. It is a Jorma Kaukonem Riviera Custom. I`m not sure of the year because my normal ways of determining the age of an Epi failed me but I`d say it`s about 15 years old and made in Korea. Joma is famous ex member of Jefferson Airplane and Hot Tuna. He did a GREAT job on this Signature guitar. It`s a Riviera/335 style guitar with a Bigsby vibrato. It has a bit of weight and sounds a tad dark. I LOVE it. Looking forward to using it on live with my blues project next year. B|
