THOUGHT 4 THE WEEK:"Is my name written in there? Luke 10:20. Song.C.H.617. Sometimes men do very silly things. Nick was a senior member of a deligation accompanying the president on a tour of some developed country. One evening after a long and busy day, Nick and a few friends decided 2 go 4 a drink. As the waiter was placing their orders on the table, Nick pinched her buttocks! Buttocks of all the places!! Very silly of Nick. From that day he was nicknamed "Ole Ngoni",the masai word 4 "the bull". Afew months later the same Nick accompanied his president on another tour 2 another european country. In the evening of their last day, a banquet was prepared 4 the deligation. When Nick arrived at the Banquet he was told by the gate that his name was not written among the quests! Nick retorted that it was impossible since he was one of the seniour most in the deligation. Infact he boasted that he was among the few power brokers in his country. The security at the gate looked at him and replied,i dont know about ua seniority and power,what i know is that ua name is not on our guest least." Friends, this was simply because Nick had done something Silly early. Yes,soon and very soon my God will prepare 4 us a banquet, will Your name be in the quest list? If not, what is this"silly"thing u did that will make ua name not be there? As we beggin this week please examine ua self! What is this silly thing that u did which may cost u heaven? I will be praying every morning this week at 3am that the Lord may 4give my silly deeds and allow me into the banguet.
