THOUGHT FOR NOW- Lao Tzu - said, To the mind that is still, the whole universe surrenders. For most of my life, my mind would continually race from one thing to another. I discovered in High School that the only way I could slow my mind down was to read the Bible. Every night I would read two chapters in the old testament and one chapter in the new testament. By the time I had finished reading the chapter in the new testament my mind would be calm enough that I could drift off to sleep. For the last couple of decades I have on a regular basis tried to live my life on a spiritual basis and have found that on most occasions my mind is still. It is amazing the peace I have found just by being a servant instead of a boss. Try it, you might like it- THINK ABOUT IT
